Ewa here, Nice to meet you

I'm a travel and portrait photographer based in Tenerife and available to work worldwide.

My photography journey started over a decade ago in Chelm, a sleepy town in southeastern Poland. In my teenage years, creative portraiture was my favourite way to connect with people, navigate emotions, and escape the mundane. I joined the local photographic society, where I explored conceptualism and had my first collective exhibition.

At 18, I moved to the UK, where I worked and graduated from university. My adventure with conceptual photography continued. Ancient castles, pristine botanical gardens, windy moorlands and medieval towns with narrow cobblestoned streets were now my playground... and a pretty spectacular backdrop for the highs and lows of my migrant life.

My photographs found their way onto international book covers, and I eventually found my feet on the ground. The time-restricted trips to Poland I made to see friends and family shifted my focus to the fleeting sense of togetherness and shared experiences. I wanted to be present documenting memories and what was once my everyday.

I then learnt about film photography, making the most of my time as a photo lab technician at a local camera store. Capturing street life scenes on film is now one of the highlights of every trip.

My photography experience includes, but is not limited to:

📷 documented group travel and social events for Let's Go Sheffield

📷 taken on-location staff portraits for the ParkLife Magazine issued by the Peak District National Park Authority.

📷 created compelling travel content from trips to diverse destinations, such as Mexico, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, the USA, Croatia, Norway, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Austria, Czech Republic, Hungary, the UK and Poland.

My Style

Nostalgia meets wanderlust.

I aim to capture the essence of the places I visit and let the people I cross paths with inspire me. Whether it’s a sunset hike up an old monastery, a hidden beach at blue hour, or a rooftop party, I want to highlight the unique energy of each scene.

For portraits, I like to keep things fun and relaxed. I love capturing the in-between candid moments that show off the real personality of my subject. No worries if you don't have much experience. You can count on me for subtle guidance and posing prompts for natural-looking, timeless portraits. Whether we're meeting outdoors or in a cosy cafe, I aim to deliver high-quality photographs you'll want to share with the world.

My Approach

I will translate your creative vision into heartfelt, storytelling images you will look back at with sentiment. I use simple composition techniques to make sure the main subject shines! I’m especially drawn to documenting group travel, genuine human expressions, and lively street scenes.
